Through my Front Porch approach to coaching, I offer an environment where you feel supported and focused on doing this deeply reflective work and also challenged to do the work the allows you to consistently show up as the leader you desire to be.

About Me

I'm Cathy Nyce and for the past 30+ years I've been leading people, teams and organizations- in roles that span the spectrum from front line leader, to C-Suite. My career has been primarily in the financial services field and, specifically in communications and marketing roles. As I assumed more significant positions, it became clear to me that leaders, amidst all that is expected of us, must make time and commit effort to being intentional about leadership.

This realization led me to obtain my Leadership Coaching certification and launch my leadership coaching practice. The "Front Porch" theme of my practice is grounded in my life experiences in which the porch has always provided a feeling of support and safety, along with a pace that encourages reflection and thoughtfulness.

Coaching services

I provide leadership coaching to leaders at all levels. I enjoy working with emerging leaders, as well as those experiencing transition to new roles and also senior leaders facing the challenges of change management, I provide the benefit of decades of experience in leading teams and organizations through change and crises, managing media and policymaker relations and executing complex communications and marketing strategies. I also provide training in a range of leadership development areas for individuals and groups, and I offer communications consulting services.
